Service Description

Cisko has been with LVBARSTARZZ since its date of inception, 12/21/2014.  He is a Vegan Calisthenics Athlete and Coach who began his fitness journey in 2005.  He has been consistent in his practice of bodyweight training since then and primarily focuses on building muscle endurance, strength and conditioning, static holds, and some freestyle movements.  He enjoys being outdoors in a park setting surrounded by nature, sounds, and workout bars and has adopted Calisthenics as a lifestyle.  Cisko is a certified Elite Calisthenics Specialist through Calisthenics Kingz (approved by NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine).
