2nd Annual 5k fun run

Our 2nd Annual 5K Fun Run was a success! It’s a learning process to get these together, but thanks to our participants and spectators, we did it!!

From the pre-race stretches and warm ups to the final steps across the finish line, the enthusiasm and sense of accomplishment from our runners were apparent. There was even a post-run workout for some.

Everyone did an amazing job. You guys made this event something we are proud of and that exemplifies the heart of who we are.

A special thank you to those who helped cover costs - Octavio, Ricardo, Ben, and Tyler. And a special mention to Tyler who’s generosity covered half the costs.

Another special mention to our stroller runner!! We know it’s not easy!

This was more than a run… it’s a symbolic gesture of what our goals are for the community - to bring people together and build healthier lifestyles.
